vegetables (sayuran hijau)
§ >>Pengambilan air yg mencukupi
§ >>Routine pumping (minimum 6x sehari
pam)
§ >>Ambil natural milk booster jika
perlu….cthnya alfalfa..
§ >>Apply power pumping teknik-pump for
10-20minit - rest 10 minutes, then pump another 10 minutes, then rest for 10
minutes, then pump again for 10 minutes. Do this for about an hour, sekali
sehari. Hasilnya? InsyaAllah..amat membantu mengembalikan semula pengeluaran
susu.. cuba lihat selepas seminggu yer...
